1. Client Intake and Job Order

        Discuss the terms and conditions of employment, including salary, benefits, working hours, and contract duration.
    Job Order Creation:
        Create a detailed job order outlining the specific requirements of the position, including job description, qualifications, and experience.

2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening
